Child Safety Standards
Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and maintaining a safer communication environment.
1. About SunSuno
SunSuno is an anonymous, random one-to-one voice-calling application developed by RVD Intelligence. The app is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.
We are committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), addressing child safety concerns, and taking appropriate action when violations are identified.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
SunSuno does not permit the use of its services to promote, facilitate, request, or engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual grooming or exploitation of minors.
- Soliciting sexual content from a child.
- Sexual extortion or threats involving minors.
- Using the platform to arrange or facilitate child abuse.
Violations may result in user blocking, account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report abusive or inappropriate behavior using SunSuno's in-app reporting feature.
Reports involving suspected child exploitation, grooming, or other child safety concerns should be submitted as soon as possible. Users may also contact our designated child safety contact by email.
We will review reports, assess the available information, and take appropriate action consistent with our procedures and applicable law.
4. Enforcement and Prevention
SunSuno provides reporting and blocking mechanisms to help users respond to abusive behavior. We may restrict or permanently ban accounts when appropriate.
We will investigate child safety reports using information reasonably available to us, take appropriate action when violations are identified, and implement additional safeguards as necessary.
5. Compliance and Cooperation
RVD Intelligence is committed to complying with applicable child safety and child protection laws.
Where legally required, we will report suspected or confirmed child sexual abuse and exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
6. Age Restriction
SunSuno is designed for adults aged 18 and above. Users must meet this age requirement before using the application.
The app's age restriction does not reduce our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation.
7. Anonymous Communication and Safety
SunSuno supports anonymous voice conversations. Anonymity does not exempt users from these safety standards or from enforcement action for abusive behavior.
Users should never request, share, or encourage child sexual abuse material or use the service to exploit minors. Such conduct is prohibited.
8. Policy Updates
We may update these standards to reflect changes in our safety procedures, app features, or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this webpage.
