Delete Your SunSuno Account

This page explains how SunSuno users can request deletion of their anonymous account and associated data.

SunSuno uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. You do not need to provide an email address, phone number, username, or password to use the application.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your SunSuno account and associated data, send an account deletion request to:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Subject: SunSuno Account Deletion Request
  • Your SunSuno Firebase anonymous User ID (UID), if available
  • A statement requesting deletion of your SunSuno account
Request Account Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When a valid deletion request is processed, SunSuno will delete the anonymous Firebase account and associated account-related data that is under the developer's control, where applicable.

This may include:

  • Firebase anonymous user account / User ID
  • Temporary matchmaking information
  • Temporary call/channel information associated with the user

Voice Call Data

SunSuno provides real-time voice communication through Agora RTC. SunSuno does not intentionally record or store users' voice conversations as audio recordings.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Temporary technical logs may also be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, troubleshooting, or service operation.

Deletion Processing Time

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed after verification of the request. Temporary technical data that is no longer required is removed according to applicable retention practices.
